Stayed here for a weekend. Small but nice room. Heating is great. The breakfast is lovely. Plenty of choice. Close to plenty of places to visit and eat. Only disappointment we were in room 1 which was right by the front door so we were kept awake a lot by the door constantly being opened and shut as people returned after a night out. Also as it was by the entrance there was a lot of loud talking and laughing which kept us awake too. Nice hotel, would go again but would definitely request another room.

Lovely warm, comfortable hotel with Scottish themed decoration. Very clean. Breakfast absolutely delicious, freshly cooked and plentiful. Friendly waitress at breakfast too. Minor point but I would have preferred larger bath towel. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely big room, clean and warm. Great breakfast and attentive staff. Short walk to the Kelvingrove Gallery, bars and restaurants. Very good value and would definitely stay again

I was very happy here. My room was comfy and spotlessly clean. All of the staff were friendly and approachable. The breakfast was good and generous. The location is great for local attractions and close to transport links (bus, subway) to the rest of the city.

Fantastic guest house we've also stayed in hotel. All staff polite nothing any trouble always smiling. Breakfast is a must pleanty available and staff always willing to help.

We stayed in the Guest House. Comfortable cozy room in very cold weather with heating you could actually control. Very clean. Friendly and efficient service. Excellent breakfast.Very reasonably priced.
